Our Story
After a 3-year hiatus, Austin's favorite vegan spot is reopening in Windsor Park with a brand-new build-out. We've been around since 2009, independently owned and operated — no corporate backers, just a small business that genuinely cares. Woman-owned and operated — and yes, the owner actually works and cooks in the kitchen.
We're eco-friendly (City of Austin eco plaque, thank you very much), and have been voted Best Vegan in Austin. We're coming back as a mid-century-inspired retro eatery and bar — a brand-new build-out with a roomy kitchen and cold A/C. Full bar and scratch-made comfort food — we make everything from our own yogurt and mayo to seitan & cheeses, and we source our veggies from local farms.
Pay: $20/hr minimum for every non-tipped position. Tipped employees will earn a base below $20, with tips on top. We know tip structures are a hot topic in the industry — tip pooling, tip sharing — and since we're starting fresh, we want our team to have a say in how it works. We go beyond basic requirements for fair wages and safe working conditions. We welcome everyone. Target opening: late August / early September.
